I would call the GM there and call Corporate.

My 06 is doing it...when I bought the car I noticed it. I took it to the dealer and unfortunately age wise the car was just out of warranty by a couple of months. I pleaded with the dealer but it didn't do any good.

Mine is doing it also. Really pisses me off even though i am planning on changing the hood out anyway.
