Well, with my current setup, I am going to just go with the TVS, 65mm TB, 72lb injectors. Still have OEM cold air setup, and still bone stock exhaust down to manifolds. I had an offroad H-pipe on order, but cancelled due to bad reviews on their quality I read about... so for the install/dynotune session, for now I will have the stock cats etc.

With that setup, I should be able to make mid-high 600's to the wheels. Dan told me when I do get another offroad H-pipe, I should not have to modify the tune since he already has the rear o2 sensors turned off, and the reduced backpressure etc should be taken care of by the onboard wideband o2's. But we will look at it when I put it on.

Later when I put long tube headers, and my cold air setup I should be able to go over 700rwhp, but will not go much over that with the stock bottom end to be safe.

Thanks.. yeah I like that the 5.4s come forged. Sort of changing plans short term though.. will be using stock mass air/cold air setup for now which will flow enough for about 630rwhp..so at that level the stock injectord will be fine. Then I will plan for round 2 of mods and add jlt cold air, injectors, kooks long tube headers and off road hpipe...which should net me over 700rwhp. Car fund took a hit with the tvs so i am staggering it out a bit.
