Default Anyone up for a Spartan Sprint

I'm thinking about going for the Spartan Trifecta medal next year. You have to do a Sprint, Super and a Beast in the same calendar year. Sprint: 3 miles +, Super: 8 miles +, Beast: 10 miles +. This is the short one, around 4 miles...give or take. I'll probably register here shortly and see if I can talk the wife into going as well.

I have a friend who has won a few of those races. I could talk to him and see if he would share some tips with you on FB if you wanted.

I did a Super Spartan last year. I won't be in the competitive heats. Just something I would like to do and though maybe some of the guys might want to do the short one.

The only sprinting you will see me do is from the couch to the fridge. More power to those that can do this, not for me though.

Ah ok. I didn't realize you had already done one. My buddy has done several and he usually does the long races and the trifecta deals. Good luck man those things are tough.

I can always do two heats that day. I can run an early heat and we could all do the second one as a group and walk/jog it, Or since I plan on doing the Saturday race we could do a group event on Sunday.

Just reading about this is wearing me out . . .

Realizing we are not talking about driving our wild horses!

Glad I am not 10 min. closer.
