Getting light tint IMO is more than adequate for most of the stuff. The completely blacked out look turns out to be too much. For your car I'd also look at a more aggressive front valence/bumper cover, maybe a mach 1 or a cobra front end kit.

If you want tint I'd recommend palmetto pro tint on #1 near barn yard flea market, great job on my car.

Palmetto did my wife's Trailblazer and it turned out great and still looks good. They sell kits to do your own lights but always start off light and then slowly go dark if you want.

Vinyl is a great way to tint lights, if you don't like it or change directions you can peel it off. VHT is a bit permanent.

Tinted Atmospheres only for my tint. David is one of the best.

I just did VHT on my fog lights and tail lights and they came out great. It's not perfect, but I think that was a combination of my first time doing it and the temperature bordering on minimum for spraying. You can only tell up close though, and from a distance it looks fantastic.

Personally, I'm not always the biggest fan of a blacked out black Mustang. Unless you do a very good job, it can look pretty bad and, dare I say, ricerish. I'm not a huge fan of black wheels on black cars, I'd keep chrome them or something. Tint, dark as you can go for me. I always go to look at tint and try to keep it legal and end up with 5% instead, haha.

So what is blacked out to you? Got some wheels you like? Dark tint? Emblems blacked out? In the end, you should do whatever you like, regardless of what other people like though.

My opinion, on a black vehicle that's going to be very hard to keep looking good. Completely blacked out cars only really look good when they are spotless, and black is going to take a lot of work that way. Are you a wash every weekend type guy? If so, then it'll probably look good.

I'm doing just about all that stuff on my car, though it's Redfire.
