They'd probably look tacky, but since VA has a stick up you know where about inspections there's now a market for quarter window scoops that are made from clear plastic, then you could tint them.
You should try telling Kim that replacement tires don't count as mods since they're wear items, you'll just have to drive it a lot to get a new set when you want them.

I replaced the Vert tires and the (now gone) pickup tires earlier this year. Until I sell my bike my Mod money is gone.

Oh, well, it's a good looking car from the factory, so it's not like you have to rush. Besides, this gives you more time to plot...I mean plan...

Well you're in luck because they don't exist lol, just an idea that popped in my head. i was invisioning something similar in color to the translucent bug deflectors you see on trucks. Maybe you can sell your bike for a super charger, but not one of those funny looking ones like Dana got.

I sent an email to the VA State Police and according to them you CAN run scoops or louvers as long as you have functioning side mirrors. Back on for the Cervini scoops.
Also the Black Halo HID lights are ok as long as the lenses are clear.

Just another option, you could get some of these and paint the inside of your housing while it's apart. Not sure how it would fly with the legal department but one guy had his indicator lens tinted while he had the housing apart too. Put the outer cover back on and no one can tell the difference.
