Horsepower for Hospice 2016
For those of us who don't get on facebook. Alan I was lazy and copied your email.
We are planning our Spring 2016 event, with Hospice and Community Care of Rock Hill, SC again being our designated charity (www.hospicecommunitycare.org) This event will be held at Pro-Dyno (www.pro-dyno.com ) in Fort Mill, SC, on April 16th, 2016 from 9-2 with a rain date of April 30th. This will be our fourth event at Pro-Dyno. Again, all proceeds will be going to Hospice as all operational costs for the event are being covered by our group. We are still in the planning stages and we are reaching out to our valued vendors and friends for donations and raffle items. Our plans include the following activities;
· Car Show with trophies
· 50/50 tickets
· Raffle
· Silent Auction
· Donations
Our last event at Pro-Dyno in April 2015 had over 75 cars and over $1,500 was donated to Hospice and Community Care of Rock Hill
Not sure if there is a sign up on the CSS page but we usually need things like drinks (soda, water) tables, a few pop up canopies, and judges.

Hey guys. Just wanted to touch base and see if there is anything you're still needing people to bring on Saturday and if any help is needed getting set up. Also, what time is everyone getting there? I'm assuming there's a Cracker Barrel breakfast before heading over?

I think Dana is good on tents and people to manage the event. So far the weather looks like it is holding.
I have the trunk full of goodies for the raffle. I assembled gift bags last Saturday, t-shirts, gift certificates from American Muscle, Late Model Restoration, MGW, StangMods, JLT, Lucas Oil sent us a bunch of stuff, etc.
Looking forward to seeing everyone and raising money for a good cause.
