Running Toyo R888s....285/35/20 Tires aren't bad at all, but I need to drop gears to either 3.55s or 3.31s and play with the suspension settings. I should have done a burn out, but can't afford another set of tires....LOL

What gear you running now? 3.73?

Yep.....I'm leaning toward 3.55s.

I remember adding 3.73's to my GT, I almost didn't need first gear. The transmission on the Shelby is geared differently. I can see why you would want to change for the dragstrip.

If you want to try 3.31's I have the gears out of my 12 GT. You are welcome to them.

Are you serious!!!! I originally had 3.31s in the 12 and ran 11.8 @ 126 with the stock shifter, less power and horrible tires........I would love to have them. Are you sure you don't want money for them?
