The new law in NC for inspections.... as long as the car is LESS than 3 yrs old (2015, 2014 and 2013) AND less than 60,000 miles your car only requires a safety inspection and only costs $12...

What about older cars, I have a 98 Expedition,2001 Crown Victoria and soon to be a 2000 Mustang.

If they don't fit into that 3 yr and 60,000 mile criteria they have to go through the full inspection...
