me too. I'm not very keen on the price but this car looks different in person and the handling and torque is so different from my manual '14.

Gotta post a pic. You can’t say “I have a new toy” and not share.

Congrats.

well.....i may have spoke too soon. im on the fence now. i need to decide by tomorrow. im watching all the videos and reading and it seems that this challenger has too many QC issues to justify the hefty price tag. i need to decide and i cant.

what saved me is that this car is 5 hrs north. had it been local, i would have done it earlier. thank god.

I've had my Charger Scat Pack for almost a year and 0 issues. My 15 GT had a bit of QC issues with panel gaps/alignment. Hoping Ford fixed it for the 2018's, because I know it was still a somewhat issues on 17's.

You'll see more posts/videos of issues than of people saying how much they enjoy their cars. That's just human nature, and yes all manufacturers can have lemons.

I see your post is from a few days ago, what did you decide?

Well, i ended up with a Challenger 6.4L 392. destroyer gray.

i was out, but they gave me an unbeatable price by a mile. i couldn't say no. its a TA, but it has like 12K worth of upgrades including wider tires and the 6 piston brembos, which you need in this boat. i love how big and cosy this is.

really HARD passing up my 2018 GT but ive seen too many videos on youtube of that transmission jumping around getting lost.
