how can i shrink this picture down?
 

I think it would make a good sig but it it huge.

at first the IMG was capital so i changed it it img but it didnt shrink.

Open it with Paint, then under the Image menu, Resize and set horizontal and vertical percentages, Ok it. If you don't like the size, press Ctrl+Z or Undo in the Edit menu, then try again at another percentage.

You can upload it to photobucket and edit the photo on there. They have an option to crop and resize.
