Default Worth it for a V8 swap? and 1/2 restore?

Just to replace everything in one easy package-

Would you recommend this?

I would say that as long as all the parts you get are parts you want to use then, it is probably a good package. If you car needs all of these things replaced then I say you probably can't go wrong.

If you take you time, shop on line and locally, you can beat that price. They are selling you a complete so all you have to do is sit back and wait. Do a little work and look around and you will be surprised at how much you can save for the same stuff but from different places.

I would personally buy it, you your ok with all the parts. I would prefer to buy everything at one place and save the pain in the *** of dealing with multiple vendors.

"All suspension and steering parts are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials." If you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it warrentied I will I have spare time.

Just kidding it looks pretty reasonable and the kit looks pretty complete... as for the V8 swap, I think it is an awesome idea I changed out my six for a powerhouse and love it. It is also a great chance to do a complete wiring overhaul, but then again it can lead to the "one thing after another effect" why oh why the dreaded snow ball....

Don't you just love the snowball. My car was a "let's just get it on the road" project. Now it's a 500hp 383 stroker TKO600 beast.....

I went with purchasing nicer parts one by one... The shipping on that kit is friggin $300 and I got way sweeter parts off ebay. Man I'm 5g's in this swap already!

Check out the parts list-
1965 V8 spindles
Wilwood 4pot 11.25 disc brake kit
1in lowering front performance suspension overhaul kit
1in lowering rear suspension overhaul kit
1965 GT 8in rear
302 stroker w/ performance cams
Edelbrock performer rpm intake
Edelbrock 650cfm carb
hooker headers
Thunder series distributor

Just a few questions-
How does this look?
Am I going to need a new ignition?
Also, are there any good DIY articles on engine assembly?

"Also, are there any good DIY articles on engine assembly?"

I purchased a book for pretty cheap called something along the lines of "How to rebuild your small block Ford"...

The little bit I have read of it, seems very informative.
