I've bought 2 sets of these to date. The first set I bought for our 67 stang which will get installed when I redo the seats in another few months. I bought another set in Dec and installed them in my 03 Explorer. Took the seats out 1 at a time and it took about 1 hour to install them in each seat. The switches I installed in the new full length center console. You can feel the heat within 2 minutes and fully heated in 5 to 6 minutes through the cloth upholstery. Been driving around up here in Nova Scotia for the past month and even in -31 degree weather its all nice and warm.

It was so cold while camping 3 weeks ago that at -31 the rear window of the Explorer exploded when I used the remote to unlock it while hiking out one night! I was scared to death the next day when we had to 4x4 out of the woods of the rest going as well.
