Need Help Deciphering Transmission Tag-1966 Mustang

Could someone please help me fully decipher the transmission tag on a 1966 Mustang with a 289 engine and automatic transmission? The tag appears on the driver's side of the transmission with a large Ford logo above it:

How this instead

PEE C - 1967 C4

289 6L30 for a 289 built on Nov 30 ,1966

Thanks Million. Is the PEE C transmission for a Mustang or a Cougar?
