Chances are their "restructuring" will pass ownership to their creditors, (bank),

How about that, a "Citibank" carb! (or whatever bank it might be)

I have seen that in a company I was closely connected...

I can understand the weakening of Holley, but Crane Cams folding must be a business failure. New cars may not use carburetors anymore, but camshafts are in every new engine.

WOW. When Holley bought the B&M supercharger department, I lost my job there. They offered me a job in KY but I like the Cali sun too much. Amazing..........
