When my wife and I were just dating, I took her for a spin in my cousins 66 Corvette, which happens to be an extremely stout, highly modified 327, 4 speed car. All was good when I pulled out onto the main road until I got her straightened up, then I called on it hard and I didn't lift until I shifted into 4th, at about 110! She was impressed but not in a good way. She called me everything but a Saint of God! LOL! I think that's probably why she doesn't like riding with me in anything that has a bit of "get up and go". She knows that i'll "test it" from time to time. LOL! Without the kids around - of course.

Awesome video, its fun to see someones face the first time they feel that. The ex went around the block with me exactly once in Old Ugly. At that point it was running high 11s and was completely street legal. All I did was cut through the alley, go around the block and while traveling about 10 mph WOT in low 1, shift to second, let off, brake hard to stop at the stop sign across from our house, then pull back up by my garage. That thing would 60ft in the low 1.6s back then. She wouldnt go near that car again after that. Probably part of why she is the ex now too...

You guys didn't see the part where she hit me. I should have kept the camera going. She falls for this all the time. I do it to her often. She usually complains of neck pains and shortness of breath. I want to do this to others as well and make a collection of funny videos. It sucks I have to go to Fairbanks for the summer to work.
