Default Interior issues

Im having issues on with my interior. My vin and title deffinatly tell me its a 67 but from pictures that I have found online and what NPD magazine is telling me is that door panels and seats are 68. Im the 3rd owner of the car, the fella I bought the car from got it from his father and he doesnt remember at anytime his father redueing the interior. But who knows.

Im just tryin to figure out if I can go back to 67 interior. the wholes for the window crank and door handle look like they are spaced differently on 67 and 68. Also a 67 seat seems to look alittle taller on the edge of the bottom section and possible a little taller and narrower then a 68 seat. Also a 67 seat has the chrome shiny piece on the side of the seat where as a 68 doesnt. If anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated for input. Thanks.

Here is what I have...

The chrome lip in the front means its a 68 panel. The 67 only has 3 sides and isn't enclosed like the ones you have.

ok, well will I be able to puy 67 door panels back on. I believe the doors are the same design. Another thing is the seat, I want to think the basic seat frame design is the same, so putting 67 foam and upholstery should work right?

That definitely is 68 door panels and door handles and seats. Do you have pictures of the exterior of the car?

Before you rush off and get 67 seats, make sure you don't already have a 68 grille and quarter panels. If so, I would keep the 68 parts.

Check you rear quarters. Do they have reflectors? If so, '68. Rearview mirror glued to the windshield? if so, '68. Steering wheel two spokes and not 3? If so, '68....
