'67 Project Underway

Thanks guys, I'm hoping for 300 hp with the mild cam and bore job. But I won't know until springtime, because that's how long it will take me to get the floorpans and frame rails and fender aprons replaced.
The bad news is that there is a foot of snow on the ground and my car and my wife's car are taking up all the garage space ! So the Stang is out in the snow. Oh well.

LOL Thanks JH, Hightower, and GT350 - I really appreciate the support - these projects are tough as you know, but the end result is worth it.
I'm getting pretty psyched with the motor and tranny, and it's real tempting to kick the wife's car out of the garage and start welding ! But you know the saying, "If momma's not happy, NOBODY'S happy".
So here are some pics of the current situation:
Come on Springtime !

Guess I should call this thread " '67 Project on Ice" -- I do plan on getting it into the shop and doing some work on within the next few weeks. The sun came out and the snow is slowly melting.

Thanks for checking on the status of my project, Hightower. I'm running in granny gear on the '67 right now, but am kind of on the verge of moving forward depending on what I decide.
I bought a clean, running '68 GT that I have been putting parts from the '67 into (dash pad, bumpers, seats, shifter, sunshades).
Plus I got divorced (don't have to worry about the wife's car in the way anymore, sad but true) and just last weekend finally got my shop hardwired for 250v and the welder.
So I'm confused to point of I was going to pull the numbers matching (I believe but have yet to confirm) 302 out of the GT and drop the ready-to-go built 289 into it until I get all the metalwork done on the '67 and some cash to rebuild the 302. That way I'd have one pretty sweet running ride while I worked on the other, with no real pressure. Plus it'd give me a steady project to keep me out of trouble, and I'd still have a nice running classic that I could drive.
This probably sounds confusing, but I'll try to get some pics of the GT up and you'll see what I'm talking about.
Anyhow, any advice / opinions on how to manage these two builds would be appreciated !
