Default what do you guys think of these flares??

I wanted to add fender flares to my 65 coupe as you can not get a nice wide tire on a 65 and 66. But, I did not want to use a fiberglass flare. So I found this site that sells metal flares that are not so huge. I think they make the car look great. Only problem is that they cost about $1,000 bux after shipping. But these flare allow you to use up to a 10.5" wheel about a 275 tire !!! makes the car look way better

Here is the site sn65.com just click the sn65 project link at top left. that car is awesome, but check out the custom flares and give me your opinions...money aside

Not worth $1k IMO. You can get fiberglass put on and bodyworked for probably half that...
You can also make a flare out of sheet metal. I think I might be going that route...

can someone give me an opinion about these flares. I understand most of you think that 1K might be a bit much. But what I am asking is what do u guys think of the look of the car once they have been installed.

Pic too small and doesn't really look like much of a difference at all. The gap they have also looks dumb, like they just didn't want to finish it up and left it there.

If you check out their ebay account, they want almost $10,000 for their "body kit".
