Anyone ever been on the dragons tail in deals gap nc?Its 318 curves in 11 miles will make you sweat on some of those curves too.

Skyline Drive is nice. It has been 25 years since I drove it though. Might be too crowded now for all I know.

+1 on Skyline Drive for the view, but see the Top Gear episode about their trip through it. I think most of it has a 35 MPH speed limit, maybe occasionally 45. Kinda limits the level of enthusiasm that it would otherwise generate. Makes all those suspension mods we've made a bit unnecessary.

I'd be interested to know how much revenue the state pulls in from speeding tickets from Skyline.

Was supposed to be there last September on my Guzzi but my buddy's beemer broke down in the Blue Ridge and it screwed up our trip.
