Default Radio install Q for retro one, will it fit

This appears to look like it will fit the original radio insert trim without any issues, does anyone have this or know if it's an exact fit without needing any other face plate?

I gotta ask why not get a din bezel and use a din size radio?

din bezel ? Isn't that the pic above for the original radio? That bezel above is the one I bought to match stock.

I thought that radio above matches the bezel. What am I missing?

edit
I now know what DIN means. WEll, I wanted to be as close to original and I could and if I want to at a later date, put in an original and hide a nother unit.

I am closing off trunk area right behind the seat in the fast back. I am going to sound deaden. So, this will be the area to house the goodies for future use.

if you look through this video you will see my aftermarket radio with a retro fit, works great with the auxillary hook up from behind which has an extension cable hiding in the glove box.

Yeah din is a size for newer radios.I know some people want to keep a car stock looking but i can't see spending that much on a radio because it fits the factory hole.

+1^
I would buy the DIN Bezel and put a nice head unit in there. Unless you have an original radio to put in there, then why? It's the one thing that seems to be forgiven in a driver restoration, unless you hack the dash up. So many more choices.
