Brake pedal is weak!

Brake pedal is weak!
I put a new master cylinder on the car, bench bled it and then bled all the brakes, and it felt strong but then a few days or so later maybe a week later there was no brake it went to the floor, i havent been driving it its in the garage having body work done to it, and i see no signs of a leak.
does anyone have any clue?
