Unless there is rust holes all the rust you see on the body will sand off it.The red side marker on the back quarters was 68 only and the side scoops by the door are different.A 67 http://themustangsource.com/timeline/67-68/67/Coupe.jpg and a 68 http://themustangsource.com/timeline...68/Young68.jpg Also some of the interior is different between the two years.

You came to the wrong place to be talked out of rescuing a Mustang from neglect and disuse. If you really want to be talked out of a Mustang, I suggest a Chebby forum.

Like he said^^^. But, also it looks like the very front of the Hood is bent down and needs to be replaced. Am I helping you a little bit?

If it is surface rust, drivable and you can get it for about a grand, it would be a fun project. If the picture shows the tip of the rust "iceberg" then run away or if it needs a complete mechanical rebuild, then I would find another.

doesnt look terrible the right quarter around the scoop is gonna need some massaging...is it a sixxer or a v8? id pay up to 2500$ for that car depending on whats under hood and if it runs etc..it looks very solid
