Chances are fair that the private park will just disallow baseball.....

The kids would probably rather play video games anyway...

Not likely... It is a baseball park... No playground or anything. I went by there a couple days ago and noticed they had already put up some more netting.

That is a sign of

1. They will ignore your claim and say "the park has adequate protection to keep these things from happening...see we have netting"

or

2. They will ignore your claim but have provided you needed ammo for when you bring them to small claims and will win. Assuming you have photos of the park before and after the netting change
