Looks good so far only thing i see i don't like is that master cylinder,For safety a dual bowl master cylinder is better.

Cool beans. Why kind of suspension upgrades did you install to go from the I6 to the V8?

I haven't touched the suspension just yet. After we get everything running ok, we will do a 5 lug conversion.

this is the water pump that im using. looking from the front of the car which way should it rotate CCW or CW?

That is a ccw and its right for a 87 the easy way to know what you need is see if it has serpentine belt or not,If its a serpentine belt it uses a ccw if its v belt then its a cw.

I installed a serpentine set-up. Does the V belt have a different bolt pattern?

I don't know what you mean a different bolt pattern but the serpentine is why there is a ccw water pump so your good on the water pump.Have you bought a radiator yet if not make sure you get one that has the lower hose on the driver side.
