I would say between 4-7k Depending on if you find rust and how well the engine runs. And of course..... How much you really want it.

FYI.. The rear end looks like it has lots of bondo in it. All of the trim has been shaved on the rear and the fender emblems. It should have a moulding and mustang lettering that goes accross the trunk lip. The carpet is not new. check that if you pour water down the cowl you dont get any in the interior. Or crawl under the dash and look as far up as you can to see rust or light coming through. Also, you will most likely need to do suspension work, springs, shocks, bushings or A arms. This car should have just about all of those things done already for 10k.

looks like the rear quarters might have been replaced. look for orig spot welds. look underneath at the floors. stick a magnet around the rear wheel and lower quarter and lower edge of the door.

if it is straight will all orig rust free sheet metal and does not overheat or smoke and looks and runs good. its worth 9k where i live. the 3 speed hurts it.

if the clutch chatters it is 500.00. it can not be adjuste.

downshift into first at around 10 mph. if it grinds the synchros are bad. 700.00.

if the dash pad is cracked they are 400.00. make sure it does not have a plastic dash cover.

make sure the heater works and the dash vents ALL work. big big big bucks to fix
