Default Fender installation

I am assembling a '68 coupe. While attaching the fenders I noticed a tab with a large square hole attached to the cowl that the back of the fender attaches to. What fastener do I use for it.

It is a fastener like a stove bolt. It fits into the square hole from the back side and the square keeps it from rotating. Not the easiest to assemble. Use some dum-dum to help hold it in place while assembling the fender to it.

Thanks for the info, bop. I'll search for a couple.
