Could be many thing; first wheel balance, then alignment, bad bushings in A arms and ball joints.
If it doesn't stop after a wheel balance and alignment which will show up bad bushings and joints, try to find a garage with an on the car balancer where the wheels are balanced on the car. This will show up hard to find vibrations.
Vibration could come from engine and drive train, but this would show up in any gear so you would feel it at different speeds for each gear, corresponding to the engine rpm.
