(got it fixed)I got a 641/2 with a 289. It is puking water out of the radiator. Does anyone know if there are any different types of intake gaskets? One mechanic said there were. Also does anyone know if there are water pumps with impellers pushing water the other way.

is it a new radiator cap? when does this happen?

did you check to see if the stat is working?.... you could have an air pocket or a head gasket gone south

i have a field truck i beat up and it does this. Is the temp running hot?

Sense he posted this on March 11th, and it has now been over a month now. He must have blown it up and pushed it off a cliff. [sm=smiley4.gif] Or really doesn't care for all this free advice.

Got problem fixed. Put a 180 thermostat and it stopped. Sorry fo r not answering. Don't be pissed off. Where is the love?
