How are they mounted up slick? you have any close pictures? I've never seen the GT style fog lights without that connection bar to the pony. It's growing on me...

These I got on ebay for something like $20. You're typical driving lights but, I made sure the size would look right in the grill. I took off the mounting points they had on the housing and dilled a mounting hole in the back of it. The 65 grill I have has two mounting points that I think may have been for the GT option. I then made a small bracket out of 1/4 x 1 x 3 inches long aluminum that mounted to the housing then to the grill. Was not very hard and then wired it into my relays for the lights to come on with the high beams. I can take some pics if you like and try to get a close up.

pretty cool...definitely different.

I would have someone drive in front of you at night and flick those things on---make sure they are really on there good and the beams don't look like they are bouncing around. Nothing is worse than one of those ricer guys behind you with those kragen auto fog lights that aren't on there good enough and they look like the lights are bouncing. (I'm not at all saying these look ricer, rather just looking out so that you aren't one of those guys with bouncy lights ;))

Yup, going to try and take a look at it tonight. Going to a car show in a bit and maybe on the way home I can see if the lights are moving around. I would think if I hit a good bump, they will move somewhat. They are only mounted on the grill were there is a small bracket that's part of the grill framework. So, it should not be bad.

I don't think you'll have a problem. I know on my 92 GT, I had to do some tightening. I was driving behind my pops and he said that whenever I hit a bump they would look like they flashed bright for a second.

You entering the 66 in a car show?
