Im done with mustangs unlimited.
I refuse to ever use mustangs unlimited again, eventhough I am about 15 minutes away from them. When I went to get my Instrument panel voltage regulator they said they would order it and send it to my house. They failed to tell me that it was back ordered. Now 3 weeks later I get a postcard saying that I will get my part within 30 days, or i can get a refund. If they had told me that it was backordered then I would have never ordered from mustangs unlimited. Before I got this postcard thingy I went up to mustangs unlimited attempting to get a refund. They said they would have to send me a check from Conn., but I paid cash in their damn store. I REFUSE TO USE THEM AGAIN.[:@] I gave them one more chance and they blew it.

For about 90% of the parts you need for your classic Mustang you can get at any parts place like Autozone. You are paying 3X the amount by going to most Mustang Parts vendors. I have heard some positive comments about Mustangsunlimited, but most comments have been negative.

the downside for NPD was estimated $50 for freight... actual $80
I like the help i have had from Sacramento Mustang, but their prices are way too high.

I'm glad I live only 10 min. from NPD their prices are conpetative for the most part. I went in for a part and they didn't have they shipped it to me at no charge it came in two day. VA Mustang is another good place also very competitive and very knowagable helpful staff.
