This one is owned by an older couple who will talk your ear off when telling you how there is no other car like it, either by color or by the trunk!

I saw this in someone's yard and liked the blue/black top

This speaks for itself

First one looks like the retracting hard top kit. Very nicely done. The bottom one makes me want to stand up and Salute!
I'd like to be the guy who owns all those cars in the middle picture.

Nice shots!

I'll have more later on if I don't lose power. I'm sorting pictures on one of my websites and finding some I forgot I'd taken.

+1, it looks like there's a mid 60's Lincoln Continental facing the Mustang.
Good Pics

I was told that this was a very rare Shelby - true?

I just thought this one was very, very pretty

Well, it's a '69 convertible, and there of course weren't very many of them made. But that pretty much goes for all Shelbys. Saying "rare Shelby" is like "valuable diamond." It's kind of a given.

From what I see, only 10% of the Shelbys made in 1969 were convertibles so I think that indeed makes that one "very" rare!

This guy was kind enough to wave when he saw me taking his picture!

This is an old farm one town over from me. The Chevy has been in the yard for a year, but he recently put in that Firebird and one day I'm going to have the uh testicular fortitude to ring the bell and ask if it's for sale.

1969 Shelby production yielded 2624 sportsroofs and 529 convertibles. A little more than 10%, but certainly not a dime-a-dozen.
