to chrome or not to chrome?

Default to chrome or not to chrome?

should i go for a chrome front bumper or a color keyed bumper(thats bonded on to the mounts, no bolts showing) keep in mind i have an "r"model front valence im probably gonna end up doing the stripes over the entire car also this would include the bumper?

I voted for fiberglass, because I would like to see one blended into the valance, and I think you've got the skills to do that. I haven't seen anyone do that yet, and I think it would be a real head turner.

i dont think i wanna bland it maybe cut down the mounts so it fit flush im done with moulding for right now on this car

yeah ive actually considered that theres is an actual real chrome look paint its 1200$ a gallon but u can get less than that but its still outrageous id like to paint a whole car in the paint i was actually shocked it actually looked like chrome definitely not the stuff that comes out of the spray can[8D]

I painted my monte carlo bar with "bright zinc-it". I use it all the time at work. The zinc-it is actually a rust inhibitor/protector. I like it because it looks like a matte chrome.

yeah i think im gonna paint my monte red when i get around to painting it cause my shock tower braces are body color like the rest of the engine compartment
