POR-15...where to buy???

POR-15...where to buy???
Anyone know if POR-15 is available in any retail locations or if it can only be bought from their website?
I'm planning to paint my front floorpans to hopefully avoid them being a victim of my leaky cowl. I'd prefer to just go and pick the stuff up rather than have it shippedsince I'll just need a small amountplus the prep products, but I haven't found a store that sells it.
