Man... lots of old vets... cameros... (notice the mustangs are gone at the moment) but it seems like there's a pretty high turnover... I'm assuming they get the cars from insurance company auctions but wow... you can find some gold here I bet if you know how to fix'em. (EDIT ~ 1 old 'stang under the specialty list and there she is)

thats exactly it, you better be in to just buying, because you will never get **** for it if you wanna get rid of it. Salvage vehicles are bad investments.

for older vehicles you may be able to get away with it, but if you've ever tried to sell a car and the buyer asks "is the title clean" and you say "no its a salvage".......

watch them run.....

if it still doesn't scare you, at the VERY LEAST you should get a detailed vehicle report (carfax or insurance equivalent) as to WHY the car has a salvage title. Come on, you guys have seen the carfax commercial of the toyota camry in 5 feet of water......."New Upholstery".........riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight

Dude... obviously you know those are insurance "totaled" cars... no one is getting the wool pulled over their eyes...

I'm sure if a dude buys one of those old 'vets to fix up and drive to the weekend carshow... nobody give's a ratszass what title it has on it and neither does he. They say... daaaaaammmn... lookit that old vet...

What's the difference if he buys it like this... and strips it down to metal... goes through the entire engine... OR he buys grandpa's barn vet and does the same thing...
