71 Front seat belts

Default 71 Front seat belts
When I got my 71 Mach 1 the front seat belts had been taken out. Where does the front seat belt connect on the transmission tunnel? Sorry for such a simple question.

bout level with the back of the seat?!!?

have you tried looking from underneath to see where the orinial holes were?

The carpet and padding are out of the car. I have looked all over the trans tunnel and haven't seen anything. I was wondering if they connected to the seat riser where the seat connect.
