Default Help with my 1967 Mustang

Just stay away from a C6, they are power hogs and take up an ars load of room. I say go with an AOD if your not gonna race it, C4 if you are.

Default Help with my 1967 Mustang

I work for ford and the AOD is ok but the C-4 is far stronger. I have a C-4 with a shift kit in my 67 fastback and it is a blast to drive it has a manual valve body and it has a positive shift from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd. I would stay away from the C-6 inless you install a big block motor then it would be a good choice
