Vibration in 3rd gear under WOT

I was cruising the other day in the "E" when I noticed a unuasual vibration. I was going up an entrance ramp (small grade) onto the 4 lane in 3rd gear (full throttle) and noticed a vibration that seemed to be in the front (side to side feel in the wheel). It seemed as if something like a tie rod endwas worn out. The car has a Mustang II fornt (all new). On this day it was somewhat hot (95 or so) for our area and the surface tempature of the road I'm sure was well in the hundreds. I did notice the tires were spinning a little and the front of the car was up a little. I would guess my speed was between 60 and 75 MPH.After this issue, I returned home and checked the normal stuff and found nothing. Tranny mount, engine mount, suspension, all OK. Since then I have tried to repete the conditions when this happened butat different locations. So far the car has ran smooth everytime and this vibratin has'nt occured again. So what gives? Could it be that the geometry of the suspension changed when the front of the car was up, or is this some kind of wheel hop from the spinning tires, my drive shaft was balanced and the U joints are new and show no play. Also the rear bearings, input and wheel checked out fine. Any Ideas?

do you mean you felt a shudder in the steering wheel?
If yes, i would be looking for a wheel weight missing or moved (depending on what sort of weights used)
Or a wheel not as well balanced as it should be - rim out of round, not enough attention to inner v outer weights.

the other one ot consider that it may simply be in the road surface on that particular ramp. sounds dumb, but there is a road near my place that had some piece of tracked farm machinery drive down it one time for about 500yds. You cant seeany marksand by time you figure somethings not right, you've passed it. It just causes a little shudder thru the steering wheel.

I checked all the weights and they seem to be in place. Undercarriage inspection shows nothing loose or cracked. Maybe tommorrow I will try that same ramp and see if it happens again. Thanks.
