Default 1965 289 BUILT MOTOR QUESTION

Greetings ! (This is my first post so be gentle)

I currently own aNissan 350Z (boo, I know) and I am wondering how it would have compared in the horsepower department to my first car:
It was a 1965 289. I had the 289 bored 30 over and installed forged 12.5 to 1 pistons, hooker headers, crane fireball cam, Ford 4bbl carb, and 4 speed manual transmission.

My 350Z has 300 horses at the crank and is a 6 speed MT. (I've added headers and nitrous but let's leave that out of this discussion).

Can anybody tell me what they think my old 289 might have had in the HP department ?

Thanks !

12.5 to 1 on the compression ratio??? Were you running race fuel?

Nice! I'd bet the horsepower would be comparable to that of you Z. How much spray are you hitting it with?

100 Shot. It's a fun car to drive on twisty mountain roads.
