Default how to cut sheet metal

what do you guys use to cut sheet metal in the floor pans.i have a saws all and that tends to bend the metal racheting back and forth and i have tried my cutoff wheel but my air tank doesn't contain enough volume to cut. all i need to do is cut out 2 small places on the drivers side floor pan and the passanger side floor pan, and a 3x5 square on the drivers side quarter panel so i don't want to spend a hole lot of money on a plasma cutter for 20 min. worth of work.
anyone help would be greatly appreciated.

Buy a peanut grinder and use cut off wheels.

Angle grinder! Get some cut-off wheels to go on there and buy a wire wheel and you got a great rust remover. I highly recommend the DeWalt. I only paid about $90 for mine.

Oh, by the way, what's a peanut grinder????

Use cut-off wheels with an angle grinder. If your compressor can't keep up with the pnuematic grinder, go to Home Depot, and buy a thin metal cutting wheel for 4" electric grinder and use that. Access in that area of the floor shouldn't bea problem....

Try shorter blades with more "tooth count" on your saws-all while pressing the foot against the metal....

There are devices available called "nibblers". They are air powered, but will not consume as much air as cut off wheels. I have never used one but I have wanted one, all reviews about them that I have seen have been good.

I think that they would be available from Eastwood....

I have a small electric handheld angle grinder/cutter from Harbor freight with a cutoff wheel. It works great.

For only 20 minutes work? A hole saw and a set of snips.

[align=left]We call them peanut grinders. It's the same thing as a Milwaukee or DeWalt angle grinder. Kinda like a Hoagie, Grinder, or sub, it depends on where you live.

You can use a dremel as well. They make cut off wheels. I use it for hard to access places. Works like a charm.
