looks good if you can live with the bronze and black vinyl roof. make sure its not rusted under the roof panel

Nice looking car. Most likely just the low performance engine, but that's easy enough to fix for a few hundred bucks.

That car is probably in the money as long as it isn't rusty. The vinyl top is one of the factory installed that I mentioned and they are hideous ! They aren't too bad about rusting underneath except at the A pillars. Call me at 479-263-3326 if you need more detail on what to watch for. Dean

The 73 is the same basic car as the 71-72. Emissions did take effect and the engines were detuned. They are still very nice cars and easy to get HP out of.

BTW my 73 just apprased for 18k

Emission regulations started with the '72 models. Engines were detuned for that model year, and big-blocks were no longer available.

only stock early mustangs that will beat a lightining are the big block cars the boss 429 but you can build a nasty small block or even a big block.
