Default Headers for a 67

What type of header will fit a 67 mustang with a 289? The car I bought came with a set of blackman headers but it looks like the header will not fit. I took the manifolds off and can't get teh headers in. The drivers side looks like a clearence problem with the steering.Do longtubes fit or do i have to run shorties?

thanks, Jeff
