What color or ideas do you have for a 1965
I am right at the time to spray my car and still have no idea what color to paint it. It is a M code color,white,. But I really would like some ideas. It is a coupe with red interior. I was thinking silver with the 2 black racing stripes and I was also thinking bright red but afraid of the interior not matching. So if ya all have pictures or ideas please let me know. The engine is a black firewall and chromed out. Not sure what color to go with the engine to. I hate the ford blue almost would like to go red on it.

Silver as the main outside color, Light chamagne silver stripes, or Red if just the rocker stripes. (IMO black stripes are being over done on silver) Red interior w/black accents, and under hood satin black, gloss black engine block. Ford engines were black through 1965 anyway.

You could try Titanium for the main color with white stripes. I agree, silver with black is over done.
I'm researching green colors for mine, hence my project title "jaded". I've found that to get good inexpensive paint to look for your color on production cars.
So, Titanium as in the 2006 Ford GT.

dark dark metallic blue on the outside, emberglow and parchment interior. im saying emberglow cus its red / orangish, but i love how that looks. i like dark outsides and bright interiors!

Mine is silver with black stripes, duct tape gray and rattel can black interior. Changing the interior to a two tone blue (dark on silver blue) and painting all the metal a silver blue, the exterior will be a deep darkmetalic blue (struipes, not sure yet).

Maybe black withred stripes. Are you redoing the interior a different color? If not I would try to get the stripe color to match the interior color, that's what I did with mine andit looks great. Maybe silver with red stripes would be cool, or silver with ghost stripes.
