Default 68 mustang gt brake question

Do all 1968 Mustang GT's have front disc brakes or are there some without? My 68 does not. Is that possible? (and yes, I am sure it's a GT as I have the marti report) Thanks.

Gt package is front disc brakes and a 9 inch rear Id check the vin on the door tag to the rest of them on the car if it matchs your fine if it don't you get cheated. My step dad has told me alot of early disc brake set ups sucked some people changed the cars back to drums.

A)I don't believe the GT package mandateddisc brakes. It was a trim package, not a pureperformance package.

B) It definitely did not include a 9" rear option. The only '68 cars to get 9" rears were big block cars. Before that,K codecars got them as well.

C) There is nothing wrong with the factory disc brake setup. The reason people used to switch back to drums was for reduced friction for drag racing, and that wasn't really necessary, just paranoid.

In the end, Kevin Marti should be able to provide you with the correct answer.
