Any how-to's on valve and sealer installation unless it is just really simple and I can figure it out.

Ok I found a heater core for the car at an old mustang repair shop where you can go check out the junkers and take what you need and I am going to replace it tomorrow. I wasn't able to get a hot water pump so I will just have to replace that when I prep it for paint.
