He's got the discs on the wrong sides. Those grooves are there to take the crap away from the wheel when they cut a new surface on the pad. All they are doing there is pushing it to the centre of the wheel and collecting it.

Wilwoods are fantastic pieces of kit - I'm getting a full set for my Mach1 probably including master cylinder (remember to take into account the ratio of master cylinder piston area and caliper piston area)

The kit JMD was talking about on my car are wilwoods from summit.

Installation was a piece of cake. I did it never having done brakes before. It says it requires tapping but I never had to drill or tap any holes. The kit however does require V9 spindles which can easily be purchased off ebay.. I bought some very used but now you can get some pretty clean looking ones for fairly cheap and usually less then 150. Here is a link to a pair on ebay.

He didnt wire the bolts holding the rotor to the hub.Master power brakes are ok for someone on a budget or don't need alot of stoping power.Id go with http://www.mustangsteve.com/cobrabrakes.html the cobra brakes are pbr same thing baer really is,Or wilwoods if i had the money and needed that much stopping power.

You also need a m/c for the Wilwood kit(unless they include them now) along with fittings and lines, but they have high quality units that last a long time, which is what I run for my brakes and clutch. Their kits are actually VERY reasonably priced for the quality and performance you get. And replacement rotors can be had for like $30 a piece. Just don't waste money on cross drilled rotors, it has less material which = less surface area for the pad to generate friction with which = less stopping power, and they also have less metal to disipate heat. The cross drilling is only of performance value for race cars where unsprung rotational weight is critical for acceleration out of corners. They look cool so people buy them, not knowing that cross drilling actually reduces braking force.
