What size tires to run on 17X8 and 17X10's?

What size tires to run on 17X8 and 17X10's?
I am getting new wheels, 17X8 for the front and 17X10 for the rear. I don't have the wheels yet, maybe in a week or two. What size tire would look best? I don't want a real thick tire but I also don't want a rubber band either? I do have the 1" shelby drop in front with coil-overs but they are adjustable,and 1" drop in the rear. Thanks!
