Default I think I might own a Mustang!

Its funny because sometimes my car feels more like the most complex expensive jigsaw puzzle ever created, than a Mustang. I've owned her for about 5 years now and it feels like I've gotten very littleaccomplished in that time period. I envy most of you alot for having running cars that you can enjoy and modify. Mine is a full blown project, replacing damn near everything and it wont run till I have many more hours and dollars into it.

On the bright side though, its amazing how much better it looks with just the carpet, seats, and interior quarter panels installed. Finally starting to look like a Mustang[8D]...

I know what you mean. I'm in the same boat. I've had to replace damn near everything, either because of rust or because it simply wasn't there when I got the car.[:@] But I have to agree, it does look a worlds better than when I got it. Everytime I order stuff,I always feel like I'm forgetting something. There has to be something else to complete the install on whatever I am working on at the time. Another mounting kit, or a special bracket, a gasket, trim piece. []

Yes, whenever I got the car it was an xmas present, but it was just a rolling chassis. And the rolling half was all shot, so I had to replace the entire suspension. It seems the only luck I've had is that the sheetmetal is pretty much ALL good.

And I know what you feel about the little pieces. Alot of minscule information counting screws and taking notice of fine detail. Hurts the brain..

If your sheetmetal is all good, you are way ahead of the game. Plug on!

haha, my car runs, but i am jealous that you have acleansheet to start with. most of my money has gone on fixing the PO's screwups and very little on genuine mods/improvements.

At least you get to spend the money right the first time and create exactly what you want.
