Default Well, is this too good to be true?

Aside from the story that goes with car, is it worth 15?

it was a 1967 GT 390 fastback sitting in a outside storage lot.
They said they had a marti report, but the steering box was broken, and not drivable.
It was some girls dad's car who died, and the car had been sitting for 10 years.
She had pictures, it had alot of surface rust, but other than that...it looked straight

i think 15 might be stretching it, but if it is a genuine car and the rust is not structural then maybe it would be worth investigating. that car would fetch big dollars down here once restored
