clevor is great in theory, but for the extra work over bolt on aftermarket heads available now...would you bother?
size m3h 185 to 205 but the other thing to consider is compression ratio. you wanna keep it down enough to run on pump gas...do you know what pistons are in it now?

Yeh, I am with Aussie. I am not sure what the fasination is with Clevors. You can get more flow and velocity from aftermarket Windsor heads and not have to jack with intake problems or header issues. If you really want to go that direction, CHI seams to be the best route.
Honestly, you will be hard pressed to find better heads than AFR 205s for your setup.

There are just far too many Cleveland head nut swingers for my taste. Yeah, they're the best flowing stock SBF head made, and were considered the best in their day, but any decent aftermarket head today with the same port size will absolutely RAPE Cleveland heads for flow every day of the week, and twice on sunday. If you have a set then there's nothing wrong with using them, but 40 years of technological development, decades of flow testing, decades of dyno and track testing, computer flow modeling, CAD, CNC, have all lead to heads that are vastly superior to factory Cleveland heads. You can get factory Cleveland heads to work well on a Windsor engine, but for the time, effort and money, you could get better heads that would make more power.
Too many people simply look at flow numbers, and not at flow vs port size, ie velocity. Velocity is FAR more important than flow, since you need velocity in order to get that flow. 0 velocity means that 0 flow is occuring.

Hey Dave,
I have the AFR 185's on my 347 and it is s/c. Comp cams recommended them to me with my setup.
On my 289 that was in my car I have gt 40 heads. Not even close no way no how. Ill be switching those for AFR 165's next summer.
The only thing I can point out is put steel inserts in the exhaust threads. I need to go thru my heads and do that. The cross thread way to easy.
Other than that AFR's is the chiznit!

Cool, thanks guys! I'll holler at my engine builder tomorrow night to find out what the pistons are. He said that with the heads I have on it now it should be around 11:1 I think. I'll check on that. The stroker kit used is forged everything from Eagle.

Keep in mind that there are MANY factors that play into compression ration. Saying that the pistons are 11:1 is only accurate for a given deck height, combustion chamber size, cylinder bore, stroke, gasket thickness, gasket bore, piston to deck clearance, piston dish/dome, etc. So many peopledo not realize what is involved in calculating CR. It is more accurateto say I have XX.XX" compression height pistons with XXX.XXX" length rods, XXX.XXX" stroke, .XXX" piston to deck clearance, and xxx.xxcc dish/dome. In case you wanted to know. If you have questions about that stuff, I just went thru designing some custom pistons for my 383 stroker.

I had my existing twisted wedge heads ported to 205cc for my 408 and I can tell you they flow as good if not better than afr 205's

Twisted Wedge makes heads that are very popular with the 5.0 guys, but I have not seen many in action on 408 strokers.
