Looking at this car, trying to decide if there is room in my life for this pony. I am not a big fan of the paint job but it looks like a really nice car. I might buy it and sell it after a few months of fun and small projects. The seller is asking $7k. What do you think? Thanks for your time, fellas!!


DESCRIPTION:
1965 Mustang - Built V8 motor. 4 speed Manual transmission toploader tansmission - Built 302 with 347 stroker kit. Runs good and strong. Engine Dynoed at 423 horsepower and 363 rear wheel horsepower. Subframe connectors and traction bars. 16" American torque thrust wheels. MSD Ignition. MSD Billet distributor. Aluminum heads. Engine was balanced and blue printed. I have the build sheet and receipts for the engine. Over $14,000 in receipts. Only driven a little over 1,000 miles since engine build. Custom 2 tone paint job was also completed very recently.Interior is clean. Only thing is needs is a carpet kit. Solid body. This car is a nice driver.

That sounds like an awesome deal to me, I don't think the paint job is too bad though. Just remember to be careful, because if something sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

Yeah, I am definitely going to be cautious if I pursue this one... The seller claims that he has to sell due to a family emergency. Of course, there are a million stories to tell but that is a good one that could easily be legit.

I think as long as the title is clear and the VIN matches the tags, it is probably a good deal. I have seen this guy selling a few other more "project" type cars and this one seems like the nicest I have seen him selling. My wife greenlighted the purchase without a fight, which was surprising. :D

It would be a total impulse buy so I guess I just want to make sure it really is as good as it seems.

DAMN, the car is sold. I was ready to go get her tonight. Okay, sorry for wasting anyones time. I appreciate you giving me your feedback.
Truth is, another Mustang right now is really not a good idea.

But it just seemed like such a good deal... Damn. Oh well. :(
